Salvations in Belize

Luke 15:7 (NIV) “I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.”

At the beginning of the summer of 2024, we announced a unique opportunity to provide hundreds of Bibles to children across different cities. We reconnected with ministry partners in Nashville, TN, and Atlanta, GA. We formed new partnerships in New Orleans, LA, and Birmingham, AL. We also announced a first time ever partnership to provide Bibles for the second time outside the United States. By partnering with Growing Beyond, we provided 100 Bibles to children in Belize.

Growing Beyond is based out of our home state, Mississippi, but provides educational, vocational, and humanitarian resources to underserved communities in Belize. One of those areas is the Mahogany Heights Village. The Mohegany Heights Village is known for high drug and gang activity. But, because of the support of people who believe in our mission, it is also the home of two children who received a new Bible and surrendered their lives to Jesus.

Both Jesus and Merary received a new Bible and became Christians. Amongst the violence and sin in their community, they saw the light and love of Jesus. Our partner, Growing Beyond, is on the ground working in villages like Mahogany Heights, ministering to children and families. They will continue to bring the Gospel to underserved communities in Belize.
